Packing and weight:5pieces to a carton, 30cartons to a crate. 13.5sqm per crate or say 150sq.ft. per crate. 810kgs per crate after loading. If your seaport allows to load 24tons in a 20ft container, we can load about 391.5m2 Inside the crate, we will put a sheet of plastic film to keep off water and dust. Such method of packing can stand long-distance transporting and ocean shipping.
Quality Control: Each piece/panel of should be inspected one by one before loading and shipping out. So that customer will get eligible cargo.
Production time: We need 11days to prepare order quantity of one full 20ft container. Port of exporting: Xingang in Tianjin, China.
Payment terms:(1) T/T 40% as down payment, balance for Original Bill of Lading.
(2) T/T 50%, balance by L/C at sight.
