Packing details: 5 pieces to a carton. 30cartons to a crate. 13.5 sqm(150square feet) per crate.
Gross weight: After packing, it is around 800kgs/crate. If a 20ft container allows 25tons, we can load about 432m2.Inside the crate, we will put a sheet of plastic film to keep off water and dust. Such method of packing can stand long-distance transporting and ocean shipping.
Quality Control: Each piece/panel of should be inspected one by one before loading and shipping out. So that customer will get eligible cargo.
Production time: We need 7 days to prepare order quantity of one full 20ft container. Port of exporting: Xingang in Tianjin, China.
Payment terms:
(1) T/T 20% as down payment, balance paid before surrendering Original Bill of Lading.
(2) L/C at sight.
